What I want is for my family members to have a share from which they can access 3 things: their data located on /data/username a common share for the mythtv data Samba logs the error - but continues.

Bug Marked as found in versions samba/3.0.24-6. Samba calls getpeername on each socket, and it fails on one of them, because the socket is not connected. We are getting there ...

This will cause Samba to not listen on port 445 and will permit include functionality to function as it did with Samba 2.x.

Mind you however, I am NOT running a PDC and therefore can't give it any "complex SMB network" tests.
