The 4200 fuser only works in a 4200 not like the 4250 which also works in the 4350.
I even replaced the fuser. I'll post results in a couple days when the new fuser unit (#3) arrives. Ive been there and done what you did becuase either the wrong product was shipped or ordered to me. What's funny is that i replaced this fuser less than two weeks back.

If the fuser didn't fix it the second time, you have a problem. 50.2 Fuser Error P3015 If no, then you got a defective fuser and you need to return it for replacement. For others reading not to long ago I replaced a fuser for a scheduled PM cycle and got called back a week later for a similar problem. The screen says to turn it off, then back on and if the issue persists, to call a tech.
