I use it to this day. Somehow, the video settings have gotten messed up in such away that even resetting .ini's and configs won't help. Just check www.newvegasnexus.com (once it's up and working) and perform a search for the DX9 fix. This usually indicates problem with the device itself or with the device driver programming the hardware incorrectly.
